Dr. Timothy Anger, DMD
After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in zoology from Weber State University, Dr. Anger graduated with honors in 2008 from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Anger was elected to the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental fraternity, acknowledging his place among the top academic and clinical students in his class.
Wishing to further his clinical skills and knowledge in more complex cases, Dr. Anger completed a General Practice Residency at the University Hospital in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Anger is originally from Ogden, Utah, but now resides in Salt Lake City with his wife, four children, and two Labrador retrievers. Dr. Anger has a love for all things outdoors, including gardening, hiking, camping, and skiing. Dr. Anger is also a big U of U fan, in particular, and he loves his season tickets for football.

Dr. Marie Peterson, DMD
Dr. Marie Peterson was born and raised in Utah. She attended Southern Utah University where she received her bachelor’s degree in engineering design. She worked within this field for several years before attending Utah Valley University where she completed pre-dental courses and biology research. She then attended Roseman University of Dental Medicine in South Jordan, Utah. After that, Dr. Peterson went on to a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah.
Dr. Peterson loves spending time with her family in nature. They enjoy camping, hiking, biking, and discovering new places. She has always been artistic and enjoys using her creativity within the dental profession.
Dr. Todd Larsen, DMD
Dr. Todd Larsen was born and raised in the Eastern part of the rural Utah Uintah Basin, namely, Roosevelt, Utah. He grew up at the base of the Uinta Mountains hiking, camping, and fishing with his dad. Dr. Larsen attended Brigham Young University, where he met and married the love of his life, Christy Arrowood from Roswell, Georgia. They moved to Atlanta after graduation and lived there for four years. At that time, he rekindled his desire to follow in his dad’s footsteps to be a dentist. He then attended Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine, in Alton, Illinois — just across the river from St. Louis, Missouri — and graduated in June of 1998, ranking 4th in his class and receiving numerous awards as an outstanding dental student.
Career & Memberships
Dr. Larsen has been practicing dentistry since his graduation in Roosevelt, Metro Atlanta, and now at Fort Union Family Dentist in Sandy, Utah. He has gone above and beyond the required continuing education hours needed to maintain his licensure. Dr. Larsen has traveled all over the United States for the best dental education to offer better care for his patients.
Dr. Larsen is an alumnus of the Dawson Academy, one of the premiere dental education centers in America. He also is a member of the education-centered group, the Academy of General Dentistry. This, along with membership in the American Dental Association and Academy of LDS Dentists, gives him ample opportunities to continue his lifelong education, learning the best way to care for patients and give service to others.
Fun Facts
In his spare time, Dr. Larsen loves to spend time with his wife and four children, their spouses, and his grandchildren. He also enjoys sports (mostly football), cooking and eating good food, traveling, and an occasional fishing trip with his father back to the Uinta Mountains!
Practice Philosophy
At the heart of Dr. Larsen’s practice is the desire to provide the best possible care to his “family” of patients. His small-town roots show through in the way he treats each patient like family, from babies to adults — he wants nothing but the best for each patient’s situation. His education and experience allow Dr. Larsen to provide comprehensive family dentistry, including cosmetic procedures such as crowns and veneers. Some other procedures that he provides are implants, extractions, dentures, root canals, and teeth whitening. He is also trained in TMJ pain management. Dr. Larsen loves working with children and helping them also see the importance of dental health.
